🤝 Mission

A mission statement determines the companies direction, it is a reminder of why we exist, and what will make the company successful. It gives us an idea of where we will be in the next few years, and it guides in making the decisions that will help us get to that place (strategy).

🌏 Vision

Our vision tells us one simple thing: why are we here. Why do we do what we do.

The adoption of remote work is changing the way that companies build their teams, with many more companies wanting to be much more global than they have traditionally. However, running a global team is a bureaucratic mess. Each country (or even state/region/province) has its own rules, regulations, taxes, and registration requirements. This is particularly challenging for small and medium-sized businesses that don't have an army of lawyers and finance experts on hand. We believe that every business should be able to operate globally.

We also believe in providing every employee with the tools and support that will make them feel part of the team no matter where they are. Omnipresent gives you more time to do what matters, and less of the boring admin. We are our own client and gained tremendous freedom from using our platform and becoming a global remote-first company. Now your team can be anywhere too. And we are here to help you every step of the way.
