Global mobility:

At Omnipresent we support our team in exploring and discovering new places whilst working - this is what makes us so attractive to employees who love to travel! Whilst we want everyone to enjoy their time in a new place, we must make ensure they are safe, so we have a few rules:

  1. You must be able to work safely and legally from your new location.
  2. All travel plans for work need to be discussed with your manager beforehand.
  3. For short term travel, you must be primarily based in the country to which you were onboarded and intend to return to that location after your trip. The length of your trip will need to comply with local immigration and tax laws (from the country of visit and country of employment)  and it is your responsibility to research these accordingly, as during this time we will keep following the set of employment rules from the country where you're currently hired.
